When a young boy, Legend, needs money for a new bike, he finds himself on a rocky road where he is forced to ask himself if money is worth more than his morals.

 

Filmed in Durham, North Carolina, BiKE explores childhood, choice, and consequence through a fresh and intimate lens. At its core, it's a coming-of-age story that asks what we're willing to trade for what we want—and what we risk losing along the way. Through this story, we aim to shine a light on the complexity of Black boyhood and the weight young people carry in pursuit of freedom and identity.
